ALP govts have just tried in WA to impose black tape on top of the current red tape and green tape for home builders. These are all heavy and mostly unnecessary price imposts.

The ALP is not accidently removing home ownership from the grasp of young workers. The labor parasite is using the American model used by their Democrats that leads to pauperisation, masses of drug addicted youth, living and dumping on footpaths, crime riddled metropolises, homelessness etc.
