All of the ideas, including the one in the link, all come down to building homes (increase supply).
Everyone knows the answer, its making it happen that is the problem.
We cant build quick enough.
How do we get new hoes built quicker is the real problem that has to be solved.
No point even worrying around the technicalities of who pays what for how long to get one of the homes if we cant get them built.
How do we incentivise the market to build more new homes?
