A couple of concerns I have that someone may like to give their opinion on?

They are taking legal action in the WA supreme court. How much is this going to cost and likely hood of victory? What is it about?

Developments and Expected results: they state that if they disclosure this information it will potentially lead to prejudice to the company. What does this mean? Sounds more positive, but if fails could be catastrophic?

Another concern: what do you think about the potential use of your mobile phone to pay for purchases. If takes off does this mean that cash will become less needed?
