I don't believe there is now any such thing as an upramper for VRX. After all the pain endured by shareholders, you'd have to have rocks in your head and a complete inability to analyse and understand the recent history of this company to want to upramp, as well as an aspiration to lose large amounts of cash in this failure of a company. I firmly believe these people are either the friends on management, or possibly members of the exclusive brethren, or moonies, such is their level of blind loyalty. They are like those weird people who come up to you at airtports in the US with far-away vacant looks in their eyes, asking if you need help with a place to stay for the night.
