    They clearly have plenty of confidence they can navigate the EPA process and open up a mine..... they'll have to declare end of this quarter what their plan is unless the run rate has dropped. come on Bruce.... AGM better be very enlightening and detailed about how you've done everything you can demonstrate capability worth $400k
