I see this as an opportunity to average down to ensure I can break even earlier rather than later. Averaging down is a strategy that can work if one believes in the story through research. I have done it many times very successfully. I have now averaged down from 10c to 6.5c with VRX. This price is under the original capital raising price of 7c, which I see is the true value of the stock currently. The EPA is due to release its report very soon. IMO though this stock will be sold heavily when the EPA responds positively to VRX's application but will take some time to climb back into double figures. I'm prepared to keep buying under 4c.
