It was underwritten, bud. You're misleading people.
Sub-underwriters were in place prior to the raise and have taken up the shortfall. They've stumped up $1.85m. Not the broker.
I wonder why they did that ....
And I wonder why you're here constantly talking this down....along with a few others.
