Put simply.
Muchea was originally pegged by Michael Galea and Aaron Banks.
They sold the lease to VRX .
The purchase price was the issue of VRX shares.
Subsequently
Galea and Banks disagreed about their partnership respective size ownership of the VRX shares they had received.
It went to court as per Bush turkeys post and link.
The outcome of the court ruling gave Galea the majority of the VRX originally issued shares
