Depends on the growth level you are after.
If you are after 10% over the long term I would think TLS are a good one to hold. If you can handle a better risk/return ratio then there are better investments for sure.
Pros:
reliable dividend,
very good PE,
reasonably well managed,
have a growth agenda that will be unshackled if Libs win next election
Cons:
can only loose market share to competition in core bussiness
growth based investments to date have dubious returns
