long term accumulation

    I have been watching Scantech for about a year.
    For at least the past six months there appears to have been significant accumulation slowly taking place as smaller holders leave.

    Price/volumes have been odd but interesting.

    I was tempted to get onboard at .017 but I held back because I do not know this company. Does anyone here have comments ?
