I have no worked in two different "paperless" offices. Can't see much difference in the paper use. Clients still want hard copy reports, contracts etc. People still print large documents they want to read or edit. Remember 5 years ago e-books were going to kill book resalers.

I think there are more immediate problems for the business in 2010.
