PEN is not exactly a penny dreadful.
It is a stock that has:
1. JORC resource.
2. $50m or so credit facility.
3. Just raised $10m or so.
4. Low capex & low opex.
It is a company that his ticked all of the right boxes heading for cash flow.
Have you charted BHP & RIO recently?
They are certainly not penny dreadfuls yet their share price has fallen more than PENs.
If PEN proceeds to plan, shareholders will profit 200% to 400% over the next 2 years.
This return will not be received on RIO or BHP.
