Yes a confirmation of a full blown trend reversal will see Pen trading at 4c. The beginning of a trend reversal is undeniable today. However risk tolerance plays a huge part of course but spotting it early can make for big gains or a minor loss if stop loss is used. Each to their own in this area.
Personally on both an F.A and T.A point of view Pen was way oversold. Just my op.
