This chart doesn't tell you what price to buy PEN so dont shoot the messenger! However it shows Pen trend is reversed . Thats 2 out of last 3 days. For me it shows a possible bottom pick with some technical support however it will need to be confirmed with a green arrow which will come with volume. Of course pen will be a much higher price by then.
PFS coming is a bonus but DYOR it may go either way subject to market forces
