I just can not see that sort of fall coming without an extrordinary outside influence. We have come a long way since the low of the GFC which was not far off the 1.8 mark.

Anyway if it does get to 1.8 I believe it will be temporary and the buying opportunity of alifetime.

Thats not to say PEN is without risk.

I think an off take agreement(SSSS) will change things, them the permit to mine, but with markets & world economies the way they are we may not see the re rating we would all like for some time.

Human nature being what it is at some stage the greed factor will reenter the market and if this lines up with a re rating of the U price look out.

On a seterate note there was some guy on Radio National a few days back discussing uranium & n power. He said to meet the 2050 electric power demand with nuclear we would need to build 1 N power satation somewhere in the world every day between now and 2050.
