Its not rocket science Pen has trended down since the CR. However 99% of stock do. The last few days have seen Buyers stepping up, first time since CR and Dow slump. The floor is in at 3.5 as you mention IMO.
I have him on ignore because of his baiting and flaming, you can see his moderated posts.
This level of immaturity is unseen by top chartists on H.C
