baglimit the article is assumptive with "could " being the key word throughout. However let us assume that it all comes to fruition. Not good for nuclear which brings it back to survival of the fittest. If Pen is able to prove its low cost extraction compared to conventional U mines then this bad news will become very good news indeed for Pen.
