Well coxy09 if your are here to "invest" in Peninsula then you have probably picked up that there is a few people around here that concentrate on history far to much than on the future. My advice would be to look forward for results and not backwards, because as i think some people around here may learn in the not to distant future there is a reason we dont do things backwards. Luckily the Pen thread is a gold mine for people who are looking forward :)
