The problem is that the MC in previous years was way lower i.e. far fewer shares on issue. This last volatility is way more sever in terms of fortunes lost and gained due to the shear number of shares on issue. Personally I think anything more than 12 months old has very little significance to current sentiment and trend. Just imo (interesting post and thanks btw)
