RIC is investing ~$100m in new feed mills V market cap of $470m. They are going hard on the core business ahead of the looming drought.
Last slide set said: "M&A: Looking for strategic & complementary specialist ingredients products/businesses." I see rendering as attractive for its vertical integration benefits. Supplements too, if a compelling opportunity presents. No need to rush these things.
AGM tomorrow with hopefully new data on Novacq trials and product research. Perhaps an announcement on Investec option consideration/partner solicitation. I will attend and post a little report.
The share price has gone nowhere for two years, despite considerable progress. A reasonable AGM could prompt a break upward.
