I think the figures need some further updates in particular this:
"Production rate ramping up to 1.5m pounds U3O8 per annum for a 13 year life;"

Perhaps it should be changed to this example (by Trees):
"Production rate ramping up to 2.5m pounds U3O8 per annum for a 17 year life;"
That will certainly change the possible return over time.
