    dilution is from 1.8b shares to 2.9b shares! 50% new shares being issued. Priority is to refi Goldman and even perhaps pay down the equipment finance.

    the extra A$200 mil being raised does clear the balance sheet and set us up for the future but maybe at a HUUUGE cost.
