Theeroy, I enjoyed reading your tongue in cheek comments about the WOK.
A quick look at activities in the Far North of Australia around the Island of Daru , ( a cat fishers whisker out side of Aust Territory ) would have one thinking one may well be utilising a WOK more often and sooner than one may wish for.
If Governor Taboi Awi Yote (check his face book comments) has his way the worlds main WOK users will donate $204 mill to the Good Governor to create a fish park on the small Island just a Barramundi's jump from Australia.
Certainly Food For Thought, cooked on a WOK or not. !!!
In any case they will need boat loads of Australian LNG to lite up the thousands of New Bar B Ques needed to cook all those Barra. I guess that bodes well for STO.
