Not really, this was NOPSEMA pulling the strings. Having said that NOPSEMA didn't order them not to start the pipelaying, just to engage a new study. Santos have "delayed indefinitely" the pipe laying project, I'm not sure how this will play out with Allseas the pipelaying contractor.
