yes agree.
with capital raise VCX has been de-risked.
At $1.48 capital raise = cash in the bank at $1.48
and an opportunity to buy at $1.20 is a no brainer.
the key is that one must take a 2022 view point. both Fy 2020 and 2021 will be shockers.
