also note apparently 40% odd of vicinity assets by market value are based in Victoria.
so the going is going to get rough, there will be share price turbulence as the market focuses on near term issues.
so again my view is based on year 2022, I can handle volatility, in fact I like volatility because it gives me long term opportunity.
but anyone watching my views must also be able to take a longer term view and be able to handle volatility
