The benefit of this however has been a suppressed share price.
I have used this opportunity to continually drip feed and buy additional shares
VCX and SCG are now the 2 largest positions in my portfolio with 5% and 8% portfolio weighting's
Very good entry prices even now for those that are prepared to start judging their returns starting fy22.
ie one year out from here.
switch off the noise from fy21.
This is a property reit and it has a grade commercial assets.
