EPS 9c/9.2c for Fy 22 & FY 23
Dividends will be 90% of these numbers at a minimum
NTA around $2.32
Morningstar:
EPS 9.3c and 10.3c
NTA constant at around $2.14
both are forecasting higher dividends than EPS
but I prefer to be more conservative.
Holding both VCX and SCG requires a view after FY21, before this results are distorted by coronavirus
