    Can't disagree as I sold all my SCG a couple of months back for similar reasons.

    I've kept all my CDP, VCX and ABP though. Yield of 5%? VCX conservatively geared. And if interest rates are going up for more than a short period one suspects they'd have some pricing power on rents.

    If there were compelling opportunities elsewhere I might take the CGT hit but this is one of a dozen or so I'm happy to just sit back for the time being and collect the distributions.
