    one thing that I will be interested to see are the updated valuations. In the pre Covid valuations some properties were internally valued not by independent valuers. What concerned me then was the tight yields some were valued on like Chadstone which was based on a yield of around 3.4% from memory, which based on income comes up with higher valuation, in my opinion a property of that size even with its quality should be sold on a yield of mid 4% or even 5%. This in effect lowers the value of the property. Having said that some properties were capped at 5% to 6% and even more for sub regionals which is about right. I will dig into the updated valuations when they come out and pass on my thoughts.
