I think some specialty shops will leave the malls. New services, eateries, offices, medical clinics and even e-sport venues will make up the new tenants. I first bought into the sub-regional shopping centres anchored by major supermarket, but end up with the likes of Chadstone.
I think it is far ingrained into our lifestyle to watch people and to be seen with families and friends in the malls.
$1.48 is a better entry point than $1.78 for NTA of $2.23. You may not see that again in the next ten years, like I have not seen the price of $0.556 since 2009.
