Sun already have the Chinese equivalent of the 510(k) - and are the only saliva based drug test to do so.

If the Chinese govt. are serious about testing then IMO we will get the contract. The risk with the Chinese is that they may decide that they do not want to do saliva based testing for whatever reason.

As has been shown, you can't rely on beaurocrats - but we are in as good position as we could be without contracts in China.
