This was discussed at the old site, I found then by closing down applications to bare bones , including my mail alerts on MS Outlook and clearing Cache things briefly improved. Since then I have only added Zone Alarm firewall. I have 256meg memory in a fixed swap file of 400meg, running Sanfords with usually 6 dynamic screens running on two monitors with 32meg Matrox card. This is a real nuisance, as I would like to eventually upgrade to Metastock hourly data.
Any solutions or comments over the weekend would be excellent.
