I mostly agree with what you say but on the Opes issue
Phil did not save his own shares they went with everybody elses
The company that he is with Panopus did try to get theirs before the closure of Opes (now in court)
If He knew what was coming surely he would have tried to get his personal shares as well so I reckon he didn't know imo
