Note that with over 4 million traded this morning the shares have moved only 0.2 cents. It points to the fact the PRR shares are mostly held by traders with very few in the recent volumes finding their way into long term holders.

Any attempt to move the price up is being seriously stifled by the day trader hitting any volume buyers.

What does it mean….

The PRR share register is in poor shape with no long term support.
Most are traders unlikely to support a capital raising
Long term re-rating of PRR is almost impossible.
Long term holders will see no significant appreciation in share price.

What actions should PRR management take…..

Tighten up the register with the attraction of long term holders that support the company’s well developed business strategy. Unfortunately the B**SH*T, HOPE AND PRAY strategy has not met with much support.

When the above fails, do a consolidation (1 for 10) leaving less liquidity in the market. Follow up the consolidation with an announcement that is content less and hope that there is another shake out. Try hard to get some long term support.

In parallel announce a capital raising at 30 cents.

Now lads, it is really desperate times for PRR just watch the maneuverings about to occur. You will see volume (ramps), announcement, and then some really nasty capital raising. I predict either a:

Small, not underwritten raising at 4 cents for around $2 million. That will be a 1 for 4 rights issue and I reckon they might raise $1 million. (If you see this option then panic. It points out that PRR have no real course of long term action and is simply in survival mode)

Or

New investor in Cvac in return for cash injection. 25% to 50% of Cvac sold. Again very bad since Cvac is the only real asset of PRR and you guys (shareholders currently own 100%).

Or

Share consolidation followed by rights issue at the equivalent of 3 cents.

The games commenced today and it will be any day now that announcement should be made.
