The unsophisticated holders are from the companies that have gone on to administration after multiple failed projects and watched the cash dwindle to nil... Takes a sophisticated bunch to realise when they should step in, let alone be capable enough to step in.

For the record... S203D notices lodged 21/10... AGM letter dated 23rd, lodged 25th. Debatable who's at fault for the two meetings?
