I'm as unimpressed as any holder with the slide in share price, and am not happy with the company's lack of transparency and lack of narrative as we've gradually lost the majority of our value. Having said that, I hold shares with other juniors whose BoD can't manage to spin a decent news story out of good news, so sadly I'm not surprised.

What I will say is that I did take them time to put down in writing all of my concerns regarding events in the last 12 months, and take up BB's offer in the AGM notice to engage him. He did so to the best of his ability within the limits of what can be disclosed to market, within the space of 48 hours.

I would encourage anyone who has doubts about their investment to *Do*Your*Own*Research* - and ask the hard questions of both sides in this stoush so that you are fully informed before deciding how to cast any vote.
