CGT in these circumstances is rubbish. Sure at the end of the day we may profit x amount. But what about the weeks/ months/ years that went by where we chose not to access to that money because we saw it's long term benefit.
The time spent living within restricted means.
We aren't backed with financial support incase it all turns to custard. All we can do is offset a loss against another gain. Provided of course we some how manage to find another company that makes us a gain.
