assuming (hopefully conservatively) operating costs of:
Mining: A$100/t
processing: A$80/t
site: A$20/t
logistics (incl shipping)A$250
royalites: $40/t
operating margin = cA$500/t
say 11m processing plant with 10% wastage @ 8.0% HM (95% VHM) = 750,000t VHM @ A$500 margin = A$375m EBITDA
welcome any input on my my high level assumptions… I feel like I must be off somewhere as this is out of this world… especially given capex is probably only $200-300m
