I am not even sure whether it will end up worse in the UK than the USA. I certainly would not like to have to fund the Olympics in London in 2012. That may well end up the year all these deficit budgets come home to roost.
Westfield for that very reason is also not on my radar.
I have also looked at GOZ but prefer ABP for a number of reasons including the most notable being that Abacus is Australian focused and diversified - GOZ is more into warehousing and distribution centres.
For the rest it is a mixed bag. Not sure about property in retirement homes areas - look a bit to geared.
