anilara1 - no you have not missed it - it is not there - the company has it's own figure in mind which I guess would be fluid to some extent ? they where caught out on the last CR because they believed the share price would keep rising and they wanted to keep any dilution to a minimum. I doubt they will make that mistake again - but there is no point taking any more than they need so a scale back cannot be dismissed - the likelihood is difficult to say
