A lot of the long term holders who frequently posted here have been very silent (akin to the activities of TLM it seems). I can’t help but inquire; who is sticking around long term after the capital distribution to shareholders from Springfield? General consensus is a resounding ‘not me’. I am curious as to what people think is going to happen next for TLM, as it was once described as a hidden gem, tremendous potential etc.

My own opinion: I got into TLM after some copper and nickel research and thought I’d nab a small parcel (naturally, it was before this hideous downtrend). I tend to avoid mining and energies and henceforth will continue to do so. Despite the promise of significant yield, the intrinsic value of these companies surrounds the discovery of a finite resource. It’s speculation at its finest though have learned a lot from a lot of the posters on this forum who are much braver than I. Ultimately, I’m considering selling before the distribution.

Lesson learned.
