Good post, will be interesting to see where stock sits after the capital distribution. I think it might be a bit of a bargain if the current price is any reflection of what will be going on. 

As to why this stock is so silent, one it is slight project fatigue from LT holders and they originally got in for the monty project not for lachlan.  I got in far later and have made a small but tidy profit, once the capital is returned I will continue to hold as I see little downside. The key is going to be what they find at lachlan and whether they can offload sinclair, if they have to go for sinclair instead I'd imagine quite a few cap raising would follow. Also don't lose heart in miners, if you want less risk some of the small producers can be very good value.
