road this venture off then i woke up to shares and free options, not many i must add.
by my calcs it owes me 40c plus..
thought about selling asap until i saw the top 20

so read some more and found 44 mill escrowed for 12mths
and 6 mill escrowed for 24 mths
leaving 24 mill free float

so in conclusion it wouldn't take much to move this, so for now ill hold and see what transpires
although let me add i will not be posting on this nor am i recommend anyone buy shares, but going through there financials they seem to have a decent business making over $1 mill profit per year, in a much better position then the disaster kik was.
so why the hell not, good acquisition guys, and well done getting us back online, now lets see if this ends like most on the asx money grabbing short crap or if its a genuine value adding venture...
