I wondered why the board might recommend the gradual sell-off of assets. After all, don't they put themselves out of a job? But the LONG TERM INCENTIVE PLAN has them nicely looked after in case of a potential wind up or change of control. Funny how the Commencement Date should coincide with such a low share price. I'd hazard a guess that this is a good time to buy as they must be confident of meeting their Total Securityholder Return targets from the current price.
