    Latest information is that regardless of any win by Ching, and the amount awarded there IS EXTREMELY UNLIKELY TO BE ANY RETURN AT ALL TO PREEXISTING SHAREHOLDERS.

    This matter is not being contested on behalf of shareholders [ie class action].
