Looking at weekly charts, punched through Bollinger band at 17, RSI divergence new low in SP but higher RSI low, quickly snapped back on large volume above 20. Area of 20-15 long term support zone. Market undecided still, high shadow on weekly candle as backed of 28 quickly. Downtrend line held at moment, but bears have lost faith & buyers were more aggressive. Walked down from 24 on low volume. Breakout above 28/30 zone appears likely & soon. Next target 40, 50, 60, 70, 100-120
