I did my research and I had a plan/strategy of getting out for a bit before this anticipated drop but I failed in that aspect. Otherwise, I still really like the prospects.
I'm not arguing against long term investment.. did I come across that way? I am merely suggesting that there would need to be a serious collapse in the world economy and RE prices for LYC not to break even at this point. So naturally, anything other than the worst case scenario means a profit for us holders :)
