Hi Mining Nut. Time will tell. There are plenty of lower cost hence lower risk companies yielding that or more.
Grange spent a long period of time in 2021 with a market capitalisation in the range of $500m to $600m at which time it had about $450m cash in the bank and annual earnings in thw range of 400m. There were several times I recall its price being barely more than its cash backing.
Right now its earnings are much less than that, its costs hence risks have gone up and its cash is less. Yet its market capitalisation is much higher at about $850m. To me it looks expensive at the moment.
I like the company and want to buy back in but not at this price.
