Patience pays big reward when one sticks to certain companies.
PDN traded at 1.8 cents for years, then at 3 to 5 cents for one year, then 30 cents and now 5 dollars.
EXT has similar history. Now 9 Dollars, went as high as 11 Dollars

Closer PEN get to production, better it is. Yes it is share market and thing can go either way, but out of 70 Junior Uranium Explorer on ASX, PEN is first to be closest to Production.
